WORK PORTFOLIO
I've used a customer centric approach in every project I've led. Below you'll see a few examples of how I approached concept, product, and process improvements as well as established practices for strategy and business operations.
Concept design is the initial phase of the design process where ideas are generated and explored to address a problem or opportunity. It involves brainstorming, research, and visualization to create preliminary solutions that align with user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. This phase is less about refining details and more about imagining possibilities, testing assumptions, and setting a direction for further development.

Product design is the process of conceptualizing, creating, and refining products to solve user problems, meet business goals, and provide meaningful experiences. It encompasses a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and user-centered thinking to ensure that products are both functional and delightful. Product design spans the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to development, launch, and iteration. Product Design bridges strategy and execution. It connects high-level strategic goals with tangible, user-focused outcomes.

Process design is the practice of developing and optimizing workflows, procedures, and systems to achieve specific goals efficiently and effectively. It involves analyzing existing processes, identifying inefficiencies or gaps, and creating structured approaches that improve performance, reduce waste, and enhance outcomes. Process design can apply to various domains, such as operations, customer service, manufacturing, and software development.

Strategic planning is the process of defining an organization's direction and determining the actions and resources needed to achieve its long-term goals. It provides a framework for decision-making, aligning efforts across teams, and adapting to changing environments. Strategic planning ensures that the organization’s vision, mission, and values are translated into actionable initiatives that drive growth and success.
Here are some examples of how I've led Strategic Planning.
Business operations refers to the day-to-day activities and processes that a company uses to produce its goods or services, deliver value to customers, and ensure the overall efficiency and effectiveness of its operations. It encompasses the management of resources, coordination of teams, optimization of workflows, and implementation of strategies to achieve business objectives. Business operations play a critical role in maintaining smooth functioning, scalability, and profitability across an organization.
